I have been in an IVA for 2 years now with Payplan, I have been sent a letter from Credo Claims asking me to sign a form so they can look into any PPI that may be owed to me which I have not signed. I claimed back PPI myself years before the IVA. I may still be owed PPI but I do not wish to pursue this with Credo. I would rather do it myself. I am legally obliged to claim for mis-sold PPI, what if I do not wish to, what if I believe I was not sold PPI? What if I decide to wait until the end of my IVA in four years and put in a claim then myself. I was contacted by MBNA recently regarding PPI and received a letter this morning telling me they owe me 1860 and would be sending me a cheque. Included in that amount is 8% interest totaling around 800.00 do Payplan have to return this 8% to me?

I cannot speak for Payplan as there are other posts on here which seem to differ from what we do in McCambridge,Duffy. You really need to speak to them.
