[:)] just as the title of the post says. All very quick in the end.

Passed with a modification to increase payment by £46 as they felt life insurance too high I think. The amount for the life insurance was actually also for income protection which I don't know if I'll carry on with now as the cost of it would be better going towards everyday expenses though knowing sods law somethinglll happen.

Anyway, woohoo. Feel a bit odd now, relieved and very happy to be sure but also a bit mentally drained. Can now concentrate on having some life back without the crushing debt weight on me, and focus on my mum and dad and my own health.

Huge thanks to all at McCambridge Duffy for all they've done and for being so supportive throughout.. Started on this journey barely 6 weeks ago and never thought it would be resolved so quickly.

And a massive thank you to you all for your advice and help and patience with me. I'm off for a lie down. Bit too much like an oscars acceptance speech this , just the relief!

x

Two successes in one day! I am really pleased for you Blueskies but pity about the life insurance. Some creditors are short sighted in my view.

Stick around now and be a regular and any problems please give us a call. In the meantime lie down with a nice bottle of wine and chill out. Congratulations.

I agree Michael. It's a shame that they don't see that the income protection can benefit them with the IVA continuining to be paid if my leg falls off. Mind you, think I'd be otherwise concerned if that happened. Haha.

I intend to stick around definitely. Lots to learn re IVAs and lots of help I hope to offer those like me at the start of the road. No wine tonight but Friday? Oh aye.

Thanks Michael for your help. Your advice on here in my early posts and all the advice I'd seen you give to others was the main reason I went with McCambridge Duffy. I owe you one. Thanks.

Not at all. I am really pleased it all worked out. I looked at the earlier posts and remember now the shared ownership so nice that that issue is also sorted.
