10 months in with PJG, and from what I have read from the link I'm guessing its only Scotland, tho I have emailed my case worker at PJG to ask for clarification and typically I forgot it was a Saturday.
Hoping it is Scotland and I won't be effected as I did alot of research before carefully choosing PJG for a time period of 6 years
These sort of issues always spring up last thing on Friday or over the weekend. #weekendCommunication

there is one locked topic in respect of this. Do take a look and I'm sure Melanie will be contacting her clients direct in due course. Reassuring words from Andy and Michael too via the link.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Well its sadly true. Mel is no longer our IP
really disappointed and concerned as chose Mel as trusted her with our 5-6 year plan. Hopefully all will be ok with changeover but very nervous about the future now. Mel understood everything and had a realistic hold on I&E for large family. Worried incase new team make changes/demands.
