I completed an iva a few years ago. I now have 2 credit cards and a catalogue so have credit. I have a deposit of £150,000. My wife has excellent credit but only works part time. I have been told I won't be touched anywhere for a mortgage. A) is this true B) what can I do.

The answer is yes you can get a mortgage after an IVA, but the is based on a number of different things.
When was the IVA first registered?
