Hi may parents have just paid off my IVA. Due to me having a little girl and circumstances have changed . We Are currently in a shared ownership property with n interest only mortgage that hAs not raised in value. We would like to get a mortgage through the help to buy scheme before my maternity leave finishes. Do you have any advice as to what are chances if this would be .? We would also be given a 25,000 pound deposit to put down ?
