Could we go down this route if we have a pending repossession on our property ?

Probably, yes. Of course it depends upon your whole set of circumstances. Any shortfall from the repossession on the property would be included in the IVA. You really need to discuss this with an Insolvency expert or two -- where you can go into detail.

An IVA would not protect the property from being repossessed although it may be possible to propose something which would allocate some money to the arrears.
