Hi all, Thought an update is due. I have now been able to provide DFD with mums cheque book with stubs to prove that she wrote a full & final cheque at the said time and we still haven,t completed successfully! I have had to provide 6mths of bank statements to prove I haven't had the money! Now DFD are querying transactions on my bank statements that are nothing to do with F&F payment! Considering at this time I assumed my IVA was done I find that this interigation is just awfull! Feel really mis trusted! How can companies treat people this way? I thought ip was meant to be supporting and helping me? At wits end!!!
