Hi

I paid my last payment end of august awaiting for final income and expenditure to be done. I had a payrise in april which I didn't declare as they always told us to wiat till the next review before so I just assumed they would ask for the extra money at the final review. I'm suddenly panicking they could fail the iva after the final payments have been made. I'm happy to pay the extra they are due as I borrowed it so should pay it. are they likely to fail me. have I screwed up at the last hurdle. can't sleep thinking about this

Pay rises are usually dealt with at the annual review so you probably have done nothing wrong. If your IP raises the query defend your position in line with the proposal.

I am sure you will be fine. We ended in July but had arrears. We also had slight pay increases and tax reductions meaning we owed money after the final review which was just paid, no problem. Do not worry. It's in nobody's interest to fail now.

That said, I cannot wait to get the completion certificate finally!

You should be OK as permanent pay rises should only come into effect from the review date following the rise.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
