I am disabled and with only 11 months to go, could I get a full and final settlement ?

I am in a iva of 72 months I have only got 11 more months to go I am disabled do you think I could get a full and final settlement

Hi, yes, you could although with the end in sight can you not let it run its course? Has the disability stopped you working and reduced your income? .

Creditors are always open to this, your IP will be able to advise you, especially in light of the fact that you are so close to completing.

As mentioned above, if you are not able to make payments for health reasons it is important to get your IP aware asap
