Thank you both for your replies.Hopefully I will hear soon.Am starting to get slightly peeved with DFD.We made our final payment in July 2014 and,we are still waiting for Select Partnership to say about possible equity release.They are saying we have been referred in error and,DFD are saying this is not the case.I spoke with DFD on 29th Oct 2014 and they told me Select had two weeks to get in touch.Surprise surprise they havnt.I contacted I.P Gateway Complaints and,they have told me if I dont hear from DFD or,Select in a weeks time to put a complaint in.I was originally told it would take Select 6-8 weeks to contact me,and then DFD would issue my certificate.Its now been 15 weeks.! Help !
