Last IVA payment on september 2013. Why is DFD now wanting another set of paperwork ?

Hi, I made my last payment on my IVA in september of 2013. I never missed a payment, and was told that the income and expenditure form I submitted at the end of year 4 would be the last one DFD have now informed me that they require another set of paperwork from me showing income and expenditure. This can be based on recent income, which of course has gone up since my last submission 2 years ago. Are you able to explain why this should be, and if my creditors can claim more money off me?.
