my daughter and husband have an iva, over 3 years ago they seperated and both agreed to pay half the payment each although we think her husband is behind with his payments. She has now applied for a divorce which both have agreed on, seperated for 2 years as the reason. How does this effect the iva which has around a year to go.? thank you

They can still work together to service the IVAs until their completion (There will be two, possibly interlocking arrangements). If he is falling behind it would be an idea ( if they are interlocking) to get them seperated and each service their own IVA independently.
