If I come into money will I have to pay the remainder of current agreement or original debt ?

i have 17 payments left on my iva, if i come into some money during this time will i have to pay off the remainder of the current agreement or the remainder of the original debt? i am with freeman jones

If you inherit they will require whatever sum which will take you to repaying 100% of the original debt, plus fees and possible statutory interest. During any IVA these amounts are always owing and only at the end is any amount unpaid written off.

It would be upto the amount of your original debt as foggy explains.
