Hi
If I apply for
A joint mortgage with my partner - he has excellent credit ratings and I have an iva and we can put down a 10% deposit - will the interest rate still be high as opposed to me applying alone?

Hi Gemma. You will not get a mortgage with you on the application. You will need to wait until your record clears up I am afraid.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It might be worth a discussion with Ryan one of our forum mortgage experts (or Shaun) ...as foggy suggests it may be difficult if not impossible. Their contact details are on left under ask the experts.
