you have next to no chance of a re-mortgage whilst still in an IVA unfortunately.

If all you want is to go on to a new rate, speak to your current provider, they may be happy to do a change of mortgage product.

If you want to get more funds - as I say, you're not going to get much/any luck unfortunately.
Half the lies you tell aint true

Hi -- are you "wanting" to re-mortgage, or "need" to re-mortgage to release equity for the IVA?

At the moment no-one is able to re-mortgage and, usually ( depending upon the wording in the proposal) a 12 month extension is applied instead. You will not be made to sell.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
