I have been in an IVA for 5 years next August. I have only ever received one annual review form at the beginning and a form thats been sent out now. I believe that they should have sent an annual review form out every year. Does this have any implication ?

In theory the creditors could complain as the terms of the IVA have not been complied with. However, as long as all is going smoothly I doubt they will.

Who are you with ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

It could have implications if you have had significant pay rises etc throughout the life of the iva as monthly payments are based on affordability. Given that this is a failing on your iva firms part it would seem harsh to instruct you now about arrears but it wouldnt be the 1st time we've seen this.

Let us know how it goes.
