I am in first year of iva and have just been given shares from work as a bonus and to share in the companies success. They are only worth £1,000. Do I have to declare these? Thanks

You do need to discuss with your IP. They will let you know what your proposal needs to be done. If it was cash, some will let you keep 50%.

Hi. Yes, they do have to be declared and might have to be realised to pay into the IVA. Your IP will advise.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
