hi im on joint iva with my wife and on her chairman raport say she must claim personal independence payment my wife she have hip plus joint replacment on this year but after one day she got dislocation and second operation from this time she is on very high risk dislocate oh hip beacuse of that she get pip but now we must spend all that money for special things for my wife and we send all bills and confirmations to ip but she says she must book creditors meeting to make vote about this i say i can pay what i pay before but i cannot pay more i loss now

PIP has to be included as income but, usually, it is offset by the expenses it is intended to cover.
