HI
My Iva was due to end in January 2015, but the day my iva started my husband lost his job and we had to wait 4 months before I started paying the iva, I understand that I will have to cover the 4 months that I did not pay, I have also had letter saying that they are meeting with my creditors in December, What is the purpose of this and how long can they extend my terms please

They should explain why they are meeting with your creditors. Do you have equity ( do you own or rent?). It could be PPI related ( Has this been dealt with ?).
They can extend as long as is needed, but only withing the terms already agreed in your arrangement.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
