How would a no contract job with minimum wage be factored into an IVA ?

Hi
My wife has been offered a job but its no contract hours,so she works as and when required.Its minimum wage so how would iva company calculate new payment?

You would try and take a minimum guaranteed figure and treat the rest under the 10% 50/50 rule. It would probably be best to wait a few weeks to see what the hours worked are rather than guessing at the start.
