Do I have any rights if my IVA company is taken over by another IVA company?
I don't want to switch to the new company and I'm being forced to.

Sorry, no. There are quite a few of us on here in the same position as yourself (ours was PJG to Creditfix, is yours the same?) and lots of us didn't want to change. ALthough there are things that people are not happy with, there is no ability to change to a different company, we are just stuck with it.

Many of us are in the same boat with PJG having flogged us on to Credit Fix and I understand that unfortunately the answer is 'no'.
I'd guess if you have a specific grievance you could go to the Financial Ombudsmen?

As said above, we have no choice and no comeback in transfers imposed upon us, I am afraid.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I agree with the others. Your IVA should continue as normal.
If you receive any documents to sign regarding changes in terms and conditions I would politely decline if they are non-beneficial to you!
