I have been sent a Refund for a mis-sold ppi from Barclays bank. This loan was paid in full in 2006 and was not part/included in with debts in my IVA which has been put in place in August 2014 ..the cheque is made out to the trustees of and then my name, do l have to send the cheque to the company that manage my IVA

Yes you would need to as it will be classed as a windfall and paid to creditors to increase your dividend to them

Hi Netty -- yes, in this case the Trustee is your IP. In most cases the IP will retain this for distribution to creditors.
