Hi and welcome. Are you in an IVA or a debt management plan or have you requested information on one?
Creditfix I feel are a valid company, if you search this forum you will see many posts in respect of the company. However, why did they visit? did you request a visit or was it for a review of an IVA?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I too am curious as to why they visited. Are you an existing client of theirs or are you considering some form of debt offer to creditors?

I am also intrigued by this visit -- why was it and how did it go ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

They visited you for the same reason they took over PJG cases. To flog you an IVA with 23% fees.
Unfortunately, I was one of the “fattened up turkeys” sold on for the kill along with with another 900 or so gobblers.
I do know of this well respected company called PJG Recovery who appear to still be taking on IVAs. I would look them up!!

Creditfix are legit. The are a larger IVA company that have taken on some 900 or so cases from PJG. Including mine and many others on here.
Don't be afraid they are not debt collectors or con artists. They make money out of setting up Ivas just like many other above board companies.
Now perhaps you can tell us why the visited. What did they talk about?
But above all don't panic.
