If my partner lent me some money to complete my IVA
early how much would I have to offer? Is it a percentage?

A settlement is usually based on the number of payments left x the monthly amount ( plus 12 months if there is equity to be addressed ).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
