I was just about to cancel my IVA when I received a second chance to make up my payments. I am currently going through possible bankruptcy with IVA Check Line. I feel this is a scam as I cannot find any details of this organisation. If I cancel this will they be able to go after me ?
Most of these companies who tempt you out of an IVA are dubious, to say the least. If you have made no agreement to pay any costs you are free to cancel. But check any terms of business you might have already agreed to first.
