How long does an annual review take? My documents were sent off by email at the start of the month and the next payment will be 1st of January. If there is a payment increase, how much notice do I have to be given?

The review has to be reported to the creditors within two months of the review date ( IVA anniversary). Any increases will date from the anniversary date, so, if you think there might be an increase it would be best to squirrel away the extra for the time being.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

It tends to be a case of if you hear nothing carry on as you are. They should have informed you by now if an increase is required.

Why not just drop your IVA company an email to clarify any changes to ensure no surprises
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Agree with Lesley - give them a call to establish whats what ... if your income has increased but your outgoings haven't then i would put to one side like foggy suggests the extra money until this resolved.
