My IVA was approved with very low living expenses, i have 4 growing children and it is a real struggle. At my annual review can the living expenses be increased. I will be receving an annual merit award of a few percent and cannot afford for this to be paid to the creditors.

Cost of living increases can be added but keep a few receipts to prove whats being spent just in case your iva provider wants some evidence of increased costs.

Check you are receiving the right allowances and if not these can be increased at the review or even before.
