Looks like some compensation is to be given to some clients who had the issues I would say.

Haven't read it but wonder if this will shake a few others up who do not communicate in a timely manner?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Naturally any compensation due will be regarded as an asset of the arrangement and paid to creditors (less the fee to the IP) !!!

Or am I being cynical again ??
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
