Hi all,

I've just completed our new I&E form for Creditfix and based on my husbands new salary and cutting out a lot of outgoings of which PJG said we must include ie prescriptions etc - including a huge reduction in housekeeping- our affordability is showing as zero.

We've managed to pay our IVA by doing lots of smart shopping- finding reduced items and trying to not use the cars as much, all to ensure we keep paying, but not sure if they will fail us because of this.

Any advice would be very much appreciated as I will call tomorrow.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

I would definitely send in a detailed breakdown of what you spend and assuming you want the IVA to continue say that you've been paying this on this basis for x amount of months and would like to continue. Surely if you don't want the IVA to fail it's not in their best interest either? Things may improve workwise hopefully and become easier for you.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I would have a frank chat with your IP ( if possible) and see what can be done -- you don't want the arrangement to fail now. Maybe a reduction can be agreed, or even a break to get a little ahead of yourselves.

Have you, in the past, been able to make extra payments ( overtime etc) or has there been any significant PPI refunded to boost the pot ? If so payments to date might be proposed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Thank you both.

We worked out that by cutting a lot of extra bits off the income and expenditure form, and hopefully Creditfix accepting the £1000 basic my hubby will bring in, we can keep paying wih no issues.

Our car hp is due to end November 2015, so that's another £247 in the pot each month on top from December 2015-December 2017, so I'll remind then of that too.
