Hi

In general yes if they are producing a profit or not losing money. They may however be expected to sell any property with equity towards the end of the IVA

We have numerous landlords and usually the bad properties are returned and the good ones kept. The shortfalls go into the IVA from the bad properties and the profits from the good ones helps fund the payments.
