My IVA started in April 2009, so the statutory 6 years is up in April 2015.
However, my arrangement has had a couple of breaks owing to periods of unemployment (I am a contractor). It has another 10 months remaining, although it is currently going through a full and final.
Does the public record on my credit file come off regardless in April 2015? Or does it come off at completion, whether this takes 6 or 15 years?
