Is DLA taken into account for IVA payments ?

We are in an IVA, and in receipt of DLA benefits for 4 year old son. Is this taken in to account for the IVA payments.

Hi and welcome

Usually you would list it in your income calculations and then offset all or part of it with extra expenditure for your son in relation to the disability

Hi, as Andy says, it is a source of income, and should be listed as such, but then offset on the expenses side for the purposes for which it was awarded. So, basically, it cancels itself out.
