I have finished my IVA and I'm waiting for my CC, which is suppose to be imminent! My 6years are up on 9th Feb.
Will I automatically come off the Insolvency Register on the 9th Feb or 3 months after I receive my CC.

It comes off quite quickly after the IP issues the certificate. It is a maximum of three months but can be quicker.

Basically it depends on who picks it up at the IS ! The instructions are that you come off three months after the completion certificate date, but some there just take you off when they pick up the docket.
