Hi all.Our IVA ends this year,and we are hoping to sell our property.At this present moment in time we do not want another mortgage,and are hoping to rent.Over the course of the IVA (6 years ),we have never missed a payment on our mortgage,IVA or any other household bills.Therefore does anyone know if we would have a problem with renting ? And if so any advice on how to go about it ?

Your credit file should have cleared up by the end of the IVA as six years will have passed since it began. However just in case keep the mortgage statements and show any prospective landlord your payment history which will account for a lot more than a credit score.
