Is it possible to earn too much to enter into an IVA ?

Is it possible to earn too much to enter into an IVA? For example I have under less than half my wage free per month.?

I don't think how much you earn is a problem it's how much disposable income you have left after expenses to make payments

As recovering says it is the disposable income which is the key.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

We have done IVAs for people on benefits and also with salaries in excess of £200,000 per year. As the others say it depends on what you can afford and the level of your debts.
