Does anyone have a contact (email preferably) for anyone still at Clifford Watts? They approached us about looking into ppi while we were with mel but we had trouble getting credit report (couldnt use the code they gave us to get free access) and now weve been transferred. Id still prefer CW to deal with our ppi (dont think weve got any though) but not sure who to ask. Have an email for mickey but i believe hes left.

Not myslf but will bump it back up for another poster to respond if possible.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi abbiesmum.
I was told Clifford Watts had passed all files over to CF, and Clifford Watts would not be handling any PPI claims for clients migrating over to CF.
I this is not correct, CF are giving out "duff" info....

Hi Abbiesmum - Melanie Giles called me at the end of November as CW started our PPI claims last February she advised she was continuing with the PPI for us and was supposed to be sending some forms out for us to sign these never arrived I have called the office several times and each time I am told Melanie is out of office and will call me back I as yet have not had a call back so do not know what is happening with it now as far as I am aware ours were near complete.
Inter-locking IVA approved 25th Feb 2013 - F&F offer Accepted 06th July 2017 - Completion Certificate received 20th July 2017

Me too, had the same conversation with Mel, I guess we have to wait for another letter from Creditfix I have a feeling they are waiting to see how many sign their t& c's before they chuck something else at us

I had an email the week before last from Melanie to say she had got all the info I had sent her recently and would be back in tough again soon with an update. The last thing CF told me was that it was fine for CW to investigate PPI, and written confirmation from them (CW) would be acceptable to issue my CC when the time comes. They would not need to investigate PPI themselves. Why oh why are we all getting conflicting information from CF?? I'm getting seriously fed up.
