If the completion certificate has been issued, can the IVA company still claim any PPI ?

If an IVA has been completed and the person has come off the insolvency register and the completion certificate has been issued. Can the iVA company still claim any PPi that is issued after the IVA has been completed. The IVA was completed a year ago.

In our case they could have it as we signed Deed of Assignments to speed up completion.

I think as it was an asset at the time, even if on paper, it should go to IP. Depending on amount I guess as it would have to be worth the work.

Yes they can I still have on going ppi even though I recieved my certificate over a year a go.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.
