Hi all

Can an IVA complete with investigations still going on for ppi.
im more than willing to agree to let 100% go to IVA. I do know thats probably the case anyway.

Hi

Yes it is possible for your IP to issue a completion certificate whilst awaiting any PPI refund, it will just depend on who your IVA is with and your IP

Yes, depending on your IVA company. I know some companies ask clients to complete a deed of assignment to formally sign over any future payout, I'm with Payplan who assure me that they will complete my arrangement with no further paperwork required despite outstanding PPI investigations.

Yes mine was closed although my ppi is still being investigated even now
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.
