hi im in an iva and have been for 4 years. my father in law has offered a lump sum to settle however freeman are constantly asking for tis proof that proof ect. is it possible for me to contact my creditors without going through my ip? thanks in advance hayley

if its a F&F request its more straight forward to go through your IP.
Have a word with them, and tell them what you want to do, and it should be straight forward

No - you cannot negotiate with your creditors whilst in an IVA.
This can only be done by your IP - there is a lot of paperwork to complete before calling a variation meeting. Stick with it - and good luck with your full & final offer
