MY INCOME IS 13000 POUND A YEAR MY PROPERTY IS WORTH 160000 AND I OWE THEM 100000 MEANS I HAVE AN EQUITY OF ABOUT 60000 BUT WITH SUCH A LOW INCOME WILL I B ABLE TO REMORTGAGE MY HOUSE ??

Sorry to say but no.

Without more income lenders would decline you a mortgage.

Any more income?

Could someone guarantee the mortgage for you - parents, grand parents, brother or sister?

Are you looking at a debt solution hence consideration for a remortgage or for some other reason ?
