Will any documents be supplied as proof of result of creditors meeting ?

I was told my IVA proposal get through by majority creditors agreed .
Will there be any documents suppose to send to me as the proof of this proceeding? If yes what documents should I received for my own safekeeping?

You will receive a chairmans report which outlines the agreement of your creditors meeting. This is normally sent within a few days if the meeting and you should be asked to sign a copy and return - keeping a copy for yourself

You will already have a copy of the proposal you signed. The Chairman's Report will arrive soon, giving the details of the meting and any changes to the proposal that might have been made. Any changes in the Report override conditions in the proposal.
