I receive pip, a war pension & unemployment benefit. My rent & council tax are paid. I had an IVA for three years before it failed due to illness & being homeless. I now live in secure accommodation & have people come & help me with day to day living.

I am in debt for about £100,000.00 & I am being constantly chased for these debts. My question is; what to do? I don't really want to go bankrupt but only have a small amount of money left at the end of the month if I can even get another IVA. Help

Hi Mike. May I ask why you do not wish to go bankrupt ? I doubt you would get any payment order and would be discharged in a year.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
