Hi Experts,
I completed my IVA early with a final offer a couple of years ago, having started it in late 2008. Are there any mortgage deals available to me that are A) Available to me as an ex-IVA person (If I wanted to move etc.) and/or B) Will give me a better deal on my monthly payments?
We currently pay £757 p/m capped at 5.39% for another 6 years, with 11 years remaining on a balance of £78283 with a property value of approx. 105k .
When I look around I feel I could be be saving £200-300 per month on outgoings with current deals...but am I blocked by my credit history from doing this?
