IVA completed 11 years ago, still showing on my credit file it is affecting mortgage application

Have you checked the Insolvency register? If you do not show on this, you can then move forward with the 3 credit reference agencies and look at getting this sorted.

It may be one particular creditor who has not updated their records which is still showing so you may need to contact them also as a 'belt-and-braces' exercise.
