I have completed an IVA with my husband in March 2013. We are in the process of seperating and selling the family home. I should have around £200k deposit but is there any lender that will give me a mortgage? We managed to settle the IVA very early into it and we have never missed a mortgage payment in 18 years.hope you can give me some good news. Thanks.
