I completed my Iva 2 years ago , I have just received a PPI payment for nearly £10,000 from a credit card I had years ago with Lloyds Bank. They have sent the cheque to my IVA company so does this mean I am not entitled to this payment even though I have finished my IVA ?

A court case has just gone through whereby the courts ruled that any PPI claimed after the completion certificate was the debtors and not the IPs. However, this will not have filtered through yet, and might be appealed.

If you signed any form of PPI agreement assigning PPI to the IP then the court case won't apply either.
