In what way? Can you give me more details please Carley? Do you mean you can no longer afford to pay contributions yourself because your circumstances have changed? How far in are you? How long have you got left What was supposed to happen with your assets? etc etc?

Carley my wife was made redundant and we both had IVAs, by going onto shifts and working overtime I was able to keep up her payments and this was all agreed by or IP. So it is possible.

As long as the payments are made the iVA can be kept going -- but what circumstances are forcing the issue ? Lisa's questions need to be answered before we can give specific advice.
