Hi I have today received letter stating that I am owed PPI refund, the letter stated that my financial affairs are managed by insolvency practitioner and payment will be sent direct to them. I have 4 payments left on my IVA. Also when checking against list of creditors this money appears to be from a different loan not on my list of creditors. Any advice please.

PPI from any source is regarded as an asset of the iVA and payable to your IP for distribution between your creditors.

In the past some IP's have decided that PPI from a creditor pre-iVA can be kept -- but their views change like the wind.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
