Our car has finally decided to die
Had it to two garages (including a dealership, for a second opinion) and despite already spending 350 quid on trying to sort out the problem it is no better.
We have been told it 'may' be the cylinder head gasket - but nobody is entirely sure. It leaks coolant, but externally. It may be weeping from the gasket.
We have been in touch with our IP and we are asking for a variation meeting as the repair could cost 300 - 800 quid. All the expenses so far have totally wiped us out.
Dealer recommended trading it in!

We had to take payment breaks for repairs to my car and Hubby's car died about 7 months in but we were able to replace that with Moneybarn.
Our boiler went too last December. Definitely the lowest points of our iva journey so you have my sympathies.

I hate cars - they have caused nothing but trouble for us and I sympathise.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Car is ready to collect. Cost 580 quid on top of the 350 we spent trying to resolve non-issues. Gutted
