CF seem to have a good reputation for these including getting CC out.

If meeting was at 1500 it may be in the morning that you hear.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

They do appear to be on the ball running an IVA, so shouldn't keep you hanging too long -- best of luck and do let us know.

Hi Mrsbee,

Our F&F is on Monday at 3pm and we were told that if we haven't heard by 6pm that day, we would hear the next morning.

If you haven't heard by lunchtime tomorrow, I'd maybe give them a call.

Thank you MrsBee and good luck to you too !

Did they say who hadn't voted?

I was told that the insolvency exchange do many of the votes now on behalf of creditors.

Yes MrsR its the insolvency exchange I've just had to ring CF as it was driving me mad not knowing, they've asked for an adjournment so they now have 7 days to make a decision, meaning 7 days of hell for us :( they may make a decision before so I'm pinning my hopes on that! It's common for them apparently. Hope your meeting goes smoother than ours you may have a decision before we do.

Hi

Very frustrating but I think all will be good in the end

Creditors tend to need chasing for F&F variation meetings, so nothing unusual

Regards

Thanks for that reassurance Andy, the lady at CF also tried to reassure me it's just such a worrying time I suppose you can't help but stress about it
